Leadership DNA is a hands-on 60 Day Coaching program. We meet weekly for 1-on-1 coaching over 8 weeks to practice and refine your Authentic Leadership skills. This will support you in effectively building a High-Performance Team!

 

1 - Assess

 

First, we’ll do a deep dive into your situation:

  1. Identify Objectives & Challenges

  2. Complete an Authentic Leadership Assessment

  3. Complete a DEI Assessment

  4. Identify Key Points & Blind Spots

 

2 - Coach

 

Next, we’ll move into the actual coaching:

  1. Review Assessment Results

  2. Develop Leadership Action Plan

  3. Weekly 1-on-1 Coaching Calls

  4. Work on Strengths & Weaknesses

 

3 - Review

 

Finally, we’ll review and conclude your coaching:

  1. Review Progress & Growth

  2. Program Evaluation

  3. Next Steps

I’m certified as a Master Trainer with the American Society for Training & Development, I’ve received a B.Sc. Business Economics from the University of San Francisco and an MBA from Golden Gate University. I’m also currently completing a dissertation in Multiculturalism towards a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
