Leadership DNA is a hands-on 60 Day Coaching program. We meet weekly for 1-on-1 coaching over 8 weeks to practice and refine your Authentic Leadership skills. This will support you in effectively building a High-Performance Team!

I’m certified as a Master Trainer with the American Society for Training & Development, I’ve received a B.Sc. Business Economics from the University of San Francisco and an MBA from Golden Gate University. I’m also currently completing a dissertation in Multiculturalism towards a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
